My 17year old daughter’s car broke down tonight and she was able to get into the parking lot at Marine Max. Mr. Clark came out and asked her if she was okay, gave her water, and offered her a restroom and looked at her car to make sure there was no immediate threat. He was kind and kept her company until I got there. He remained with us until AAA got there. When I got there she was at ease and was calm enough to get through the stressful situation. Thank you Mr. Clark for being so kind and offering security for a passerby in trouble. He needs to be paid a lot of money; he offers integrity and safety. Thank you!!!!

Professional And Competent

Initially we requested that they escort employees daily, from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, to remote parking lots during the fall/winter of 2013 with no intention of extending service to the spring/summer months. We were so pleased with the service and security they provided that we have extended our contract year round. The security officers assigned to us have become a part of our staff and have always exhibited a professional attitude and appearance. They are punctual and have pointed out security lapses in our building before we realized them. Their eyes open behavior is to our benefit and a credit to American Pride. We have also hired American Pride on occasion for sensitive, confidential assignments at short notice without a problem both here and in our Elk Grove Village warehouse.
